This site has no sign-up, no contact form and no comments, so there is nothing for you to type and nothing for us to keep. Two things still happen when you open a page: the server logs the request, and, when ads are switched on, Google sets cookies to choose them. Both are explained below.
What we collect directly
Nothing. There are no input fields. If you want to report an error, you do it on the public repository's issue page, which runs on your GitHub account under GitHub's own privacy statement.
Server logs
The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web server, it briefly records the requesting IP address, browser type and time. GitHub holds those logs; we cannot see them. We have added no analytics of our own.
Cookies and advertising
The site itself sets no cookies. It may carry Google AdSense advertising. When ads are on, Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Those cookies are set and read by Google, not by us.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google's Ads Settings, and out of other vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. Blocking cookies in your browser does not affect reading this site. Ad slots are labelled "Ad"; while no ads are shown, no advertising cookies are set either.
Children
This site is written for people running a business and is not directed at children. We collect no data from anyone, children included.
